how to use

Make sure power is set to off before plugging cord into outlet. Select the desired styling attachment and align the accessory with the icon located on the handle. Insert it along the groove until clicked into place. Choose from low, normal, and high temperature settings by rotating dial at handle base to desired mode. My styler stopped working after 4 months of use. The issue must be where the power cord attaches to item. I’m unable to use. I have emailed the company for a solution to fix the problem.

CORRECTION - RATING IS 1 STAR, honestly a 0 STAR, & also interesting to note, is the review has to be approved by Foxybae.
I have not used the tool, as my experience with shipping issues, followed by poor customer service, then nonresponsive customer service, has diminished any value in Foxybae products. After a delay in delivery followed a delivery in another state linked with my information, which FoxyBae has yet to address, I asked for a return label for the item as I wanted a full refund. However, again poor customer service prevailed as they instead mailed a replacement of the item I asked, on 3 separate occasions, to return. Not surprisingly, I have received no acknowledgment of my request for return, and now have 2 of the same items I do not want. Good luck in doing business with Foxybae as they have shown that customer service is not a priority.
