2018 has come and gone and we couldn't be more excited to have a fresh start. Let's make 2019 the year we feel and look like the bad b*tches we truly are!

1. BE YOUR OWN PERSONAL HYPE-WOMAN

This means knowing everyday that you are THAT B*TCH! This year we're serving looks with severe confidence and fierceness!

2. DON'T NEGLECT YOUR SKINCARE ROUTINE

Do you really love yourself if you go to sleep with a full face of makeup on? NO. So please, please, PLEASE never do it! A tip is to keep a pack of makeup wipes on your bedside table for those nights you just want to crawl in bed and pass out. It makes it so much easier to remove the makeup you've been wearing all day that'll clog your pores and cause breakouts overnight. We're prioritizing skincare this year!

3. DO MORE THINGS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD

Whether it's dressing up for yourself, hitting the gym, reading a good book or staying in and binge watching your favorite show, do it. It's so important to fulfill your needs before anyone else's and make sure that your soul is satisfied. Don't settle for pleasing other people's needs before your own in 2019!

4. DRINK YOUR WATER

Yes, we know you've heard it before but we're just reminding you how important it is to keep your body hydrated! Let's ditch the soda, lessen our coffee and alcohol intake and stick to good 'ol H2O!

5. TRUST YOUR GUT FEELING

Because chances are, it's probably right! 2019 is the year we follow our intuition because we have zero tolerance for BS!

6. LESS TIME STRESSING ABOUT BOYS AND MORE TIME KNOWING YOUR WORTH

We're leaving all the f*ck boys who broke our hearts in 2018. If men were trash last year, chances are they still are this year so let's not even give them the time of day. 

7. EAT RIGHT BUT DON'T BEAT YOURSELF UP OVER A CHEAT DAY

We hope you babes are living a healthy life in 2019 and that all starts with what you put into your body! BUT, that doesn't mean you should miss out on that tasty donut or burger every now and then. Being aware about what you're putting into your body is just the first step to a healthy lifestyle.

8. SPEND MORE TIME WITH EMPOWERING PEOPLE

2019 is the year we fill ourselves with good energy and that has a lot to do with the people you associate with! We need to make sure that the people in our circle are lifting us up and not tearing us down!

9. KNOW WHEN IT'S TIME TO CUT TOXIC PEOPLE OFF

Going along with #9, if you feel like someone in your life is wasting your time and energy, they need to go sis. Do yourself the biggest favor and get rid of all their bad vibes ASAP!

10. ALWAYS DO YOU 

No matter what, 2019 is YOUR year and no one else's so treat ya self, take care of ya self, make things happen for ya self and love ya self all year long!
